The E-Team ministers to the Ponca community and Salem Lutheran Church members through outreach and special activities. Activities include visiting and delivering treats to Salem Lutheran members who are homebound or in the nursing home as well as anyone in the community who is in a time of need. We also host a silent auction every year to raise money for Ponca Area Community Education Foundation and other organizations that serve the community or in the congregation. The team coordinates parade floats, fundraisers, and other community activities, ensuring a very public Salem presence in the community.
